This is a computer based test administered at FHN with the Athletic Trainer prior to sports participation to establish a baseline to help diagnose and treat brain injuries (concussions). This test is required for the fall sports of Football, Boys Soccer, Softball, Girls Volleyball and Color Guard. The test is valid for two years and should be taken by Freshman and Juniors, or those that are new to FHN, or if this is the first time playing one of the above sports.
